My Account Help
My Account Reset PIN Search the Library Catalog
The My Account feature of the Dupré Library Catalog provides the following:

Personal Information
- View Name, Address, Phone and Email on file
- Change PIN
- Set Default My Account Tab and Preferred List preferences

Checkouts
- Review Checked Out and Overdue items
- Find item Due Date
-
Holds
- Review items on Hold and Ready for Pickup
- Cancel Holds
-
Fines
- Review Current Fines/Blocks on items
- View fine Amount and Total Due
- See Accruing Fines/Blocks
-
Summary Box
- Find Your Status
- View number of items checked out
- View number of items on hold
- View the amount of fines you owe

My Lists
- Access your saved lists
To access the My Account feature:
- A link to My Account is in the menu of the catalog. On mobile devices, choose the hamburger icon to find My Account.
- Enter your ULID (replace C with 3)

Enter your PIN
- If you have forgotten your PIN or if it is your first time accessing My Account, use Reset PIN to create a new PIN
To change your PIN within My Account:
- In My Account go to the Personal Information tab
- Select Change PIN
- Enter your Current PIN
- Enter a New PIN
- Renter the New PIN to Confirm
- Hit the Update button
If you have forgotten your PIN or if it is your first time accessing My Account:
- Use Reset PIN to create a new PIN (a link is also on the My Account login)
- Enter your ULID (replace C with 3)
- Hit the Submit button
- A reset PIN link will be emailed to your @louisiana.edu email. The link expires after one hour and can only be used once.
- If you have any issues resetting your PIN, contact the Circulation Desk at (337) 482-6025.

Note: Renewals of library materials are allowed as long as there has been no request for that material by any other user. Materials that are not overdue can be renewed in-person, by phone, or by contacting circulation@louisiana.edu with the request. Include your ULID in all correspondence. Overdue materials will need to be renewed in-person.
